Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 3 to 4 medium slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
  3. Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
