Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 c. oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine hamburger, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oats, egg, salt and pepper, and seasoning salt in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in an electric frypan and brown them on all sides.
  4. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the browned meatballs.
  6. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked noodles or rice.
