Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and oregano with hamburger.
  2. Form mixture into 24 meatballs.
  3. Cook meatballs in a skillet for 15 minutes, turning until browned all over.
  4. Cook egg noodles until tender.
  5. Drain noodles and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Evenly cover noodles with spaghetti sauce and top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
