Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, beaten egg, minced green pepper, grated onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs slowly in shortening.
  4. Drain excess fat and pour Worcestershire sauce over the meatballs.
