Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 15 oz. jar Ragu pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 10 biscuits
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add catsup, Ragu pizza sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
  3. Divide the biscuit dough into portions and roll out each piece.
  4. Grease muffin tins and place the rolled biscuits into the cups.
  5. Spoon the meat mixture into each biscuit-lined muffin cup.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and other cheeses on top of each filled biscuit.
  7. Bake according to the instructions on the biscuit container until golden brown and cooked through.
