Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs, well-beaten

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl, making a well in the center of the mixture.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the well.
  3. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into greased loaf pans (2).
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
