Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 tubes garlic cheese
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  3. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  4. Add drained sliced mushrooms and frozen broccoli to the onions.
  5. Cook until broccoli is thawed and mixture is heated through.
  6. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and garlic cheese until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  8. Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
  9. Bake until bubbly and golden on top.
