- Saute or fry the chopped onions until brown.
- Add the chopped celery to the onions.
- Pour one can of tomato soup over the onion and celery mixture.
- Fry the ground meat until done.
- Add the cooked meat to the onion, celery, and tomato soup mixture.
- Cook one package of macaroni according to package instructions.
- Gently turn all cooked ingredients together to mix.
- Pour the mushroom soup over the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20 minutes.
- Fold in the sour cream and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
