A hearty, cheesy beef and noodle casserole with rich tomato sauce, perfect for satisfying family dinners with bold flavors and comforting textures.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small chopped bell pepper
  • 1 large Ragu sauce
  • 1 large bag noodles
  • 1 large bag grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Saute chopped onion and bell pepper until tender.
  3. Add the sautéed vegetables to the cooked beef and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the Ragu sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook and drain the noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Place the cooked noodles on top of the meat mixture in a serving dish.
  7. Sprinkle grated sharp Cheddar cheese over the noodles.
  8. Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot with salad and garlic bread.
