Mexican Cheese Spread
A cheesy, flavorful Mexican-inspired spread with fresh vegetables, topped on bread slices and baked until bubbly and golden, perfect for parties or snack gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine ⓘ
- 1 large bunch green onions, chopped fine ⓘ
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine ⓘ
- 10 or more drops Tabasco ⓘ
- 1 small bottle Green Goddess dressing ⓘ
- 1 loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares ⓘ
- 1 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and shredded cheeses in a bowl.
- Frost each bread round with the cheese mixture.
- Top each with a piece of artichoke heart.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
