Mexican Cheese Spread

A cheesy, flavorful Mexican-inspired spread with fresh vegetables, topped on bread slices and baked until bubbly and golden, perfect for parties or snack gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 large bunch green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 10 or more drops Tabasco
  • 1 small bottle Green Goddess dressing
  • 1 loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and shredded cheeses in a bowl.
  2. Frost each bread round with the cheese mixture.
  3. Top each with a piece of artichoke heart.
  4. Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot.
