Ingredients

  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 450°F (232°C) until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
