Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, horseradish, Tabasco, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 3/4-inch meatballs.
  3. Cook the meatballs until browned.
  4. Mix catsup, water, cider vinegar, chopped onion, and brown sugar to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
