Ingredients

  • 7 oz. can solid white tuna packed in water
  • 1/2 onion grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tsp. hot salsa jalapeno
  • crushed red pepper
  • corn chips
  • cucumber rounds
  • celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Drain the solid white tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add grated onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot salsa jalapeno, and crushed red pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Serve with corn chips, cucumber rounds, and celery and carrot sticks.
