- 1. Measure and mix dry ingredients first: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oats
- 2. Measure and mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl: bananas, milk, vanilla, eggs
- 3. Slowly Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just intil combined
- 4. Mix in optional ingredients if desired
- 5. Bake for 55 minutes in 8X4 loaf pan; Bake 30 minutes for muffins
- 6. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan
