Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans beef ravioli in sauce
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, stir water into flour; then stir in beef broth.
  2. Microwave uncovered until thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  3. Add the beef ravioli in sauce, cooked beef, green beans, and mushrooms; stir to combine.
  4. Cover and microwave until hot, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring four times during cooking.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
