Ingredients

  • 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Microwave squash and onions covered in a 2-quart dish on high for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour, butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Microwave on medium for 8 minutes.
  4. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
