Ingredients

  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • 2 Tbsp tahini (ground sesame seed)
  • 3 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh works best)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Drain the garbanzo beans.
  2. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Serve as a dip.
  4. Can also be used as a condiment on sandwiches.
