Mini Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 mini drumsticks per person

Instructions

  1. Marinate at least 2 hours in soy sauce, sugars, vinegar, ginger, garlic and broth.
  2. Keep turning.
  3. Take drumsticks out of marinade and put in shallow pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Baste often.
  6. Serve crisp.
  7. May be frozen and reheated.
