Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter dish, consider substituting the cod with shrimp or scallops, which will cook faster. If you're out of dill weed, fresh parsley or tarragon can work as alternatives. Ensure not to overcook the fish, as it can become dry. You can also use low-fat cream of shrimp soup for a healthier option.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Seafood Thermidor alongside a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. It also pairs beautifully with a crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. For a complete dinner, consider including a light pasta dish like Chicken Spaghetti With Broccoli as a side.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the seafood thermidor in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until heated through. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the fish rubbery.
