Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls.
  2. Place the meat balls on a broiler pan and cook in the oven on broil, turning to cook thoroughly.
  3. Serve with mashed potatoes and top with cream of mushroom soup.
