Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, vanilla, salt, cocoa, beaten eggs, sugar, oil, nuts, and coconut in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow cream on top of the hot cake.
