- Drain the mixed vegetables and in a bowl, combine with chopped celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, and bread crumbs.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of margarine with crushed crackers or bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 300°F until bubbly and golden on top.
