"Mock Pot Roast" Dinner

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Layer sliced raw potatoes at the bottom of the pan.
- Add a layer of sliced onions on top of the potatoes.
- Place a layer of thinly sliced carrots over the onions.
- Sprinkle raw rice evenly over the carrot layer.
- Crumble ground beef over the top of the rice layer.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake for exactly 2 hours and 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let set, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
