Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 lb. onion, sliced
  • 1 lb. sweet pepper strips
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 12 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. rice or noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into strips and brown them in a frying pan.
  2. Place the browned steak strips into a medium roaster pan.
  3. Add sliced onion, sweet pepper strips, and sliced mushrooms to the pan.
  4. Pour spaghetti sauce over the ingredients in the pan.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from oven and melt mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Serve the steak tetrazzini over cooked rice or noodles.
