Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup instant rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, then add sliced onions and chopped celery. Cook until tender.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, instant rice, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.
  4. Serve the hot casserole over Chinese noodles.
