Instructions
- Crumble, fry, and drain the sausage.
- Scramble the eggs with salt, pepper, and milk.
- Add grated Cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup to the egg mixture.
- Place the cooked sausage in the bottom of a 3-quart baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
- Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
- Allow to set a few minutes before serving with hot biscuits.
