Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor, consider adding herbs like basil or oregano to the butter before spreading it on the chicken. If you don't have bread crumbs, crushed crackers or panko can serve as great substitutes. For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of regular flour. Make sure to flatten the chicken evenly for consistent cooking.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Mozzarella Chicken with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad to balance the richness. It pairs beautifully with Chicken Vegetable Casserole for a comforting meal. A light pasta tossed in olive oil and garlic also makes a great accompaniment.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the chicken in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until heated through. This method helps maintain the crispy texture of the coating.
