Multi Grain Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1 cup oat flour (1/4 cup rolled oats blend until fine) ⓘ
- 1/4 cup corn meal ⓘ
- 1 tsp. baking powder ⓘ
- 2/3 cup milk ⓘ
- 1/4 cup oil ⓘ
- 5 slices bacon (cooked, drained, and crumbled) ⓘ
- 1/2 pound ground beef (browned and drained) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese ⓘ
- pizza sauce, peppers, onions, olives, as desired ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease a 14-inch pizza pan.
- Mix together first 6 ingredients.
- Press onto pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Top with remaining ingredients and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
