Multi-Grained Bread
A hearty multi-grained bread with a blend of flours and natural sweetness, perfect for wholesome sandwiches or to enjoy with butter and jam. Suitable for all bread lovers.

Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, oil, honey, and salt together in a bowl. Let sit until bubbly.
- Add half of each type of flour to the mixture and stir in. Let sit while greasing three loaf pans.
- Add remaining flour to the mixture. Remove from bowl and knead about 80 times.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and keep in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, knead briefly to remove bubbles, then divide into three portions.
- Shape each portion into a loaf and place in prepared loaf pans. Let rise in the pans for 15 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
