Instructions
- Layer torn lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
- Add green pepper, celery, red onion, cauliflower, cooked and drained peas, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and cucumbers in layers as listed.
- Sprinkle Colby cheese and chopped bacon over the top.
- Make the dressing and spread it evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld.
