Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowl torn lettuce
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 package frozen peas, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Colby cheese
  • 1/2 pound crisp bacon
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Layer torn lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add green pepper, celery, red onion, cauliflower, cooked and drained peas, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and cucumbers in layers as listed.
  3. Sprinkle Colby cheese and chopped bacon over the top.
  4. Make the dressing and spread it evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld.
