Ingredients

  • 7 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 pkg. shredded dried beef
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan; stir in flour, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, cheese, and mushroom soup.
  2. Add a little water to the soup; cook until slightly thickened.
  3. Mix together the cooked macaroni, dried beef, and parsley.
  4. Add the sauce mixture to the macaroni and dried beef mixture.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into a buttered casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
