Mushroom Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1-1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • Raw vegetables or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped fresh mushrooms, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetable soup mix.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with raw vegetables or crackers.
