Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans with chilies
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 pkg. guacamole mix
  • 1 1/2 to 2 bags nacho chips
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

Instructions

  1. In a large casserole dish, spread refried beans evenly across the bottom.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef; season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
  3. Drain fat and layer the beef evenly over the beans.
