A cheesy, flavorful nacho dish layered with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, and melted cheese, topped with sour cream and salsa, perfect for sharing at parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla corn chips
  • 1 1/2 cups ground beef
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • salsa sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain off the oil and fat, and set aside.
  2. Heat the refried beans in a small pan on a large plate.
  3. Spread out the tortilla chips on a serving platter or oven-safe dish.
  4. Spoon the cooked ground beef onto the chips, then add the refried beans.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
  7. Alternatively, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Spoon sour cream onto the center of the chips.
  9. Add salsa sauce on top or serve on the side, if desired.
