Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 small can chopped ripe olives
  • salsa
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • taco chips

Instructions

  1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a pie plate.
  2. Add the refried beans on top, spreading them evenly over the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped ripe olives over the bean layer.
  4. Spread salsa over the mixture and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Heat in an oven at 375°F (190°C) until the Cheddar cheese has melted.
  6. Serve warm with taco chips.
