Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated, crushed mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bag.
  2. Put chicken pieces in, a few at a time, and shake until coated.
  3. Fry in hot oil in a frying pan, browning all sides.
  4. Mix together honey, crushed mint leaves, and pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Brush the honey mixture onto the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with honey mixture again.
  8. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
