- Saute chicken breasts on both sides until browned.

- Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, turning chicken occasionally.
- Add sour cream and green chilies to the skillet.
- Blend the sauce until smooth.
- Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.

- Serve with rice or egg noodles.
