Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 small boxes frozen strawberries
  • 1 (12 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a large baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Mix strawberry Jell-O, boiling water, and frozen strawberries; set aside to congeal slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, chopped walnuts, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crumb crust.
  5. Top with the thickened strawberry mixture.
