Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 c chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 small box macaroni, cooked
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped garlic together in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add canned mushrooms, canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, cooked macaroni, and parsley to the beef mixture.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 45 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
