A hearty baked noodle casserole with savory ground beef, creamy soups, and a crunchy bread crumb topping, perfect for family dinners and comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 3 c. cooked drained noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet and brown until tender.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chopped pimento, pepper, and salt to the beef mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an oblong baking dish or casserole dish.
  4. Top with soft bread crumbs and drizzle with melted oleo (butter).
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
