Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 ribs diced celery
  • 1/2 c. green beans
  • 1 c. zucchini, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
