Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 c. warm milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Let the yeast, warm milk, and sugar stand for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add egg yolks to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix together.
  4. Gradually add butter, salt, and flour to the mixture.
  5. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough paper-thin, cut into triangles, fill, and roll up like a small crescent.
