Oatmeal Everything Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Margarine Or Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cups Coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, add slowly to creamed mixture.
  3. Stir in fruits, chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cool on racks. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
  4. Note: You can use any combination of dried fruits, nuts and candies you like.
