Oatmeal Everything Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Margarine Or Butter, Softened ⓘ
- 1 cup Brown Sugar ⓘ
- 1 cup Sugar ⓘ
- 2 whole Eggs ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla ⓘ
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats ⓘ
- 2 cups Flour ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt ⓘ
- 1/2 cups Golden Raisins ⓘ
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries ⓘ
- 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips ⓘ
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts ⓘ
- 1/2 cups Coconut ⓘ
Instructions
- Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes.
- Combine dry ingredients, add slowly to creamed mixture.
- Stir in fruits, chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cool on racks. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
- Note: You can use any combination of dried fruits, nuts and candies you like.
