Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix until well blended.
  4. Stir in oatmeal, Rice Krispies, chopped nuts, and coconut.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
