Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  3. Place the mixture into a loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through and browned on top.
