Ingredients

  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles and drain.
  2. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess fat from the meat.
  4. In a large casserole dish, combine cooked noodles, drained peas, drained corn, canned tomatoes, and cooked ground beef mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour.
  7. Serve with salad and rolls.
