Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground chuck
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 diced medium onion
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 (8 oz.) bag Kluski flat noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add beef broth, canned tomatoes, dried basil, ground thyme, ground marjoram, salt, and pepper to the meat. Cook until onions are tender.
  3. Add diced onion, sliced celery, and the noodles to the pot.
  4. Cook until the noodles are tender and flavors are well combined.
