One Pot Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lb. tenderized round steak, diced ⓘ
- 2 qt. water ⓘ
- 2 1/4 cups chopped celery (including leaves) ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley ⓘ
- 4 beef bouillon cubes ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 3 carrots, sliced ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes in puree (undrained) ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 4-quart pot, brown the diced tenderized round steak and chopped onion.
- Add chopped celery and parsley; add water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer until the celery is near tender.
- Add the remaining ingredients except corn and noodles. Bring the mixture to a boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the corn and uncooked noodles; cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
