- Saute onion and garlic in margarine until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and brown it thoroughly. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in mushrooms with juice, lemon juice, consomme, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Add uncooked egg noodles and stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Before serving, stir in sour cream and heat through.
