- Mix the yeast, lukewarm water, and sugar to activate the yeast.
- Combine milk, salt, butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture to form the dough.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
- Mix the egg yolk with a little milk and brush over the surface of each rolled dough.
- Sprinkle dried minced onion on top of the brushed dough.
- Brush again with the egg yolk-milk mixture to seal the onion.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
